I'm way short.. and still feeling hungry..I think maybe some popcorn just before bed will do me. Or something, I haven't decided what.
How did you do? Big plans for the weekend? Us too but I'm not going to sweat it too much. I'll bring my emergency snack (beef jerky) and deal with the water gain later.
Be good. See ya.

I picked up a Saturday shift at the hospital for a little OT. I get off at 4 so it's not too bad. The bad thing was getting up at 5:30 to be here on time at 7 am. I am not use to these early morning hours. Yesterday was a pretty good day. I had a couple Dr appointments, spent time with my daughter then chilled at home the rest of the day.
Friday's good eats...

Longer days make for longer lists...When I start my day at 4 am, it just stands to reason that my calories are gonna be more..At least that's my excuse. I could go with 800 calories a day if I just layed in my bed and didn't do anything..LOL.
You're doing AWESOME..I love the list and the WW points system looks really interesting. The numbers are smaller and that's got to be a good thing.
Keep up the good work. Have a great weekend. See ya.
