Well, the weekend is upon us..Didn't do much today. Alittle laundry, alittle shopping, alittle cleaning. I guess I'm getting ready to see my family and feel the need to clean up my act alittle..so to speak. No totals today. heck, tomorrow I may not even post because we may be getting home too late. I'll try and at least keep track of my food and post that when I can.

My eats:

B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles with peanut butter and sugar free honey

2B: 1/4 serving of protein waffles with Naturally More peanut butter and sugar free honey

L: a breaded chicken patty on a sandwich thin with cheese and lite ranch dressing

Snack: small peach
Snack: 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

Dinner: 1/3 large chicken quesadilla with cheddar, onion, tomato, salsa (pineapple and mango) and sour cream..low fat, I believe. I made it myself.

Nothing else to add but five containers of water, 2 cups of coffee and my vitamins..

not bad. The chicken patty wasn't that good for protein and the peach caused my blood sugar to drop..that's why the deli meat..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hi Dawn!  A little late...

B - 2 protein coffees and a regular coffee
S - SF vanilla iced coffee
L - 1/3 of an antipasto salad and 2 bread nuggets
D - This is where I blew it - tortilla chips and 3 pieces of a seafood quesadilla.  A LOT of chips.. and a big beer 

Then I came home and had another beer - and dumped... It was a delayed carb dump. 

So I ate an Atkins Advantage bar and drank a protein drink....

You'd think I've learned by now...

AND the scale is being REAL mean right now.... have to blame it on something, right?  LOL

L: Salad wi th lots of raw veggies and grilled chicken from chick fil a.. 4 points

S: Banana & Weigh****chers yogurt ..  2 points

D: Smart ones frozen dinner.. 6 points

S: Mini bag of 100 calorie popcorn .. 1 point
      Strawberries.. 1 point
