What a hectic/stressful week..We're dealing with it. Someone told me today that it's "Friday Eve" which puts a whole new spin on it! We had our second graduation tonight..Ds's friend graduated with the class of 2010 at a different school...It was fun but very cold and very windy...normal graduation weather.  


My eats for Thursday:    

 

5:30 am 1/4 serving of protein waffles, 1T peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar free honey


6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss


7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea  


8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick


8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast


9:15 am 1/4 serving of protein waffles, 1T peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar free honey (maybe spreading this out will help)


10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated


11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red 
 

12:30 pm 12 oz coffee w/creamer and splenda (this was BAD! so I drank barely half of it)


1:00 pm 3 oz chicken tenders, 1 slice cheese, 1 oroweat sandwich thin and some (a half tablespoon) ketchup  
 

1:45 pm 10 oz coffee w/Splenda and sugar free creamer (what the heck is up with not being able to get a good cup of coffee! yuk) 
 

2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg and 3 large strawberries


3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach Tea


4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch


5:45 pm 2 salisbury steaks (with cheese sauce) and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes


6:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

Totals for the day: 

Calories: 1631
Fat: 82.2
Carbs: 104.2
Protein: 130.6

Not bad. I think I'll have a single serving kettle corn for bedtime snack. How did you do?

Today was a pretty good day for me. Work was so slow so I spent a big part of the day watching the clock. My eating went as planned so I'm happy about that.  I am off tomorrow so today is my friday.

B: Smart Ones breakfast sandwich .. 4 points

S: Yogurt & Banana..  3 points

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner & 4 strawberries ... 4 points

S: Orange.. 1 point

Dinner: 
Turkey burger: 4 points
Sandwitch thin: 1 point
2% slice cheese: 1 point
Lettuce & red onion: 0 points
Light mayo: 1 point
90 calorie pack of baked chips: 2 points

Snack: Apple .. 1 point

I am allowed 24 points.
Total points for the day... 22 points

I'm doing this weigh****chers with my best friend for 3 weeks. She is gonna continue on but just wanted me to get started with her.

When I have boring days I turn to food so you're doing better than I would on a boring day..I have to get up and walk around and DO something or I will munch..

The point system looks interesting..And your list looks good too..Keep up the good work. See ya.

A good "day" for me, but a bad "evening"... I gave into the drinks/snacks again

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
S - Atkins Advantage bar
L - 8 sushi rolls (looked up the nutrition on them, wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be)
S - McD's SF vanilla iced coffee
D - whole wheat bagel with ham/cheese.  And a beer
S - 2 glasses of wine and some popcorn

I know when I drink I eat.  I've noticed that pattern.  I didn't know what to do with myself last night - I went to Zumba but it was after that.  Seems I'd be feeling pretty good about getting the exercise in.  I even finished my book and did the laundry!  Cleaned the kitchen - everything I could think of to keep busy...

Alcohol sort of dulls our resolve I guess. I find myself eating chips and stuff like that. Maybe it's the salt when we drink...sort of to negate the effects of the dehyrdation??I don't really know.

when I'm bored at work I have to get up and walk around cuz I have snacks speaking to me from all corners! At least you can do the popcorn.  Calorie wise, that's not bad.

I do not have totals but here is what I ate; not the best day.
0900-protein drink
1100-string cheese and rf wheat thins
1300-fiber one bar
1530-1/2 big n tasty from McDonalds and a few fries
1700-bbq pork and a few sweet potato fries
2130-two slices thin crust cheese pizza
no exercise and not enough water! We are at The Great Wolf Lodge for DD 10th birthday. If you count going up stairs to the water rides I got some exercise but it was not aerobic!
