Accountability Wednesday
I'm at work and it's slow so I thought I'd step in and post. Today was a good day for me. I'm almost starting to feel "normal" and back to routine. My eating was good so I'm happy about that too!
My best friend wants me to do weigh****chers with her tomorrow so I'll be back to counting points again for about a month.
Early AM: Atkins RTD protein shake
Breakfast: 2 Ham & cheese roll up's .. (running late for work)
Snack: Medium apple
Lunch: 1 cup of chili & 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy
Snack: 1 serving of beef jerky
Dinner: 3 oz grilled chicken breast w/ lots of hot sauce & 5 asparagus spears
Snack: 4 big strawberries, SF jello cup w/ a dollop of SF cool whip

That's awesome that you're getting back to normal..my life just now is just way too full of drama...sheesh!
After yesterday's stress fest and not being able to go on line at all last night. I was bound and determined to get on come hell or high water this morning and managed to get connected at my neighbor's house (with his blessing and password!) while he was at work..Whew..I was just about ready to have to call in sick to deal with withdrawls!Awesome time at the graduation, small ceremony but it was dignified and nice..Will didn't want a big fuss but we are so proud of him, how could we be expected to be silent. I didn't cry, which was surprising. I nearly cried during the National Anthem but that's normal. LOL.
My eats for Wednesday:
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, probably a full serving of sugar free syrup and some parkay squeeze spread...took a LONG time to eat this.

I had a busy day; glad it is over! It was not stressful just too much to do and not enough time so I asked for help and prioritized!
0900-protein drink
1100-boiled egg and apple
1300-lc tortilla w rf mayo, rf cheese and mixed greens
1700-string cheese and rf wheat thins
2000-baked chicken, steamed brocoli and 1/2 serving of Stouffers Mac N Cheese
I ran with a friend we did 3 miles. I was dreading it all day because it was pouring all day but the sun came out as we started and it did not rain on us! Even with the mac n cheese my barbs were below 100 and my protein was 109! Calories were 1300 almost. I am satisfied with that. I have been on track since April 19th so I am feeling good about that as well.

Hi everyone! Had a pretty good day again yesterday. I worked a split shift so it messed my planning up - but, I'm proud to say when I got home from work last night at 10:30 I DIDN'T drink the last beer! It was calling my name but I ignored it.
B - 2 protein coffees and 2 regular coffees
L - 6 chicken wings from Outback, a beer
S - McD's SF iced coffee
S - greek yogurt with added protein
D - 4 chicken wings, no cal dressing
I've been a little low on my calcium and missing my iron. But I have been getting a lot of fluids - which is good for me. I got a dizzy spell yesterday and that kinda surprised me. That usually only happens when I'm dehydrated and I thought I'd been doing pretty good. Just another reason to up it some more.
