ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
Dawn must be busy tonight; she said she had a busy week ahead of her. Tomorrow is hump day already! I have not totalled yet today but I am pretty sure it is better than yesterdays 185 carbs! No more cereal with milk before bed for me. I woke up withthe shakes around 0300! I do this a few times a year; what a goofball.
0700-protein drink
0900-egg beater omelette w lots of veggies
1100-skinny cow
1300-1 slice thin crust hawaiin pizza and inside of one stuffed pepper
1545-20 pistachios
1700-baked chicken and brocoliw rf cheddar
2130-string cheese and rf wheat thins
all my water and such minus the darn calcium; I have to get better at this!
1 hour of zumba. i should of went for a quick run but I didn't. I am running tomorrow with a friend and I bet I will be able to tell I have not got my miles in this week!

You're right, Mary! The reason I wasn't on the internet last night was my husband wanted to clean up the yard and take the old internet dish off the roof. For some reason he cut both the old wire and the new wire so we are without internet access at home..YIKES> Withdrawls..
My eats for Tuesday:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein waffles with peanut butter and honey
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/splenda and sf creamer
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (since strawberry is my happy flavor, I fall back on that when the stress is high!)
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana (with my vitamins)
10:00 am 2 oz lowry beef jerky (noticed that I didn't bring enough stuff to eat today..I'm gonna be hurtin this after noon!)
10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit caffeinated
12:00 pm low carb chicken wrap with sesame dressing..I didn't expect them to feed us lunch at the training session! Good for me! (the totals on it hurt but that's okay!)

Maybe I did pretty bad but I was up a long time..too much stress. I'm not sure when I'll be getting back on line at home..this could be an interesting couple of days. The internet people said 72 hours before they could get me an appointment and $50 to fix what hubby tried to fix yesterday. Isn't that the truth? We're gonna restrict him from the wire cutters for a while. LOL.

WOW! You had quite the day! Busy at work then busy working at home as well. Your totals were not that bad for how long you were up. You buned off the extra ones from all that yard work! How lucky are we that we can stop at one piece of pizza? I used to order a pizza eat half when it got there and the other half would be gone within 24 hours!
$50 is not bad for them to come AND fix the wires. It would be at least $100 with our carrier and the time frame would not be any better!
I will post the thread before bed tonight. I have a crazy day! Rememeber that toll gridge you drove over and did not see it was a toll bridge? I have to go over that bridge several times today which makes me nuts to pay the toll three times in one day!

Hello ladies! Yesterday was a pretty good day. The only thing is that I forgot my lunch box at home with my lunch, dinner and snacks in my bag. So except for breakfast, my eating was unplanned and I had to eat all my meals out of the cafeteria but I made good choices.
B: 2 Medium boiled eggs & 8 oz FF milk
S: Celery Sticks, Carrot sticks & light ranch
L: The best salad that I have had from a salad bar in a long time.. A little bit of the following...
Lettuce, raw spinach, Feta cheese, blk beans, artichoke, sunflower seeds, grilled chicken. Sprinkled with Ms dash seasoning and a lil light olive oil dressing
S: Light Yogurt
D: Grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce, red onion and ff ranch dressing. tossed the top bun
S: 100 calorie pack of cookies

S - Dannon Greek Yogurt with added protein for flavor
L - 4 oz roast beef
S - Atkins bar
D - double red grapefruit protein drink made into a slushy - yum. and some peanuts
I'm working a split shift at work today, so hopefully when I get home I can have a protein drink and go to bed and not be raiding the fridge....
