I'm rushing around so much today, it's a wonder I did okay on my food but it's totally because I packed my lunch and only ate from that! I even made waffles ahead of time so that I could just pop them in the toaster and be done!  
My eats for Monday:
 
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein waffles, 1 oz low fat cream cheese and 3 large sliced strawberries

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape

9:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry

10:15 am 1/2 medium apple, 1 T peanut butter

10:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

12:45 pm liver and onion sandwich on an oroweat sandwich thin with mustard and american cheese...Would have been really good but there was a line of grizzle right through the middle of the liver...not good eats.

1:00 pm 3 large strawberries

2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach

6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1/4 cup gravy from a packet and 3 broccoli flowerettes cooked.

Carbs: 94.2
Protein: 127.3

Not bad. I've been really busy this afternoon so no extra food but I do need some more water.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I just did my totals; yikes 1500 calories and 185 carbs! I got nearly 100 of protein. The carbs were not too bad of carbs except piece of candy.
0800-protein drink
1100-Lean cuisine beef tips and brocoli and cup of strawberries
1300-skinny cow and a boiled egg
1600-100 cal hummus and wasa
1930-breamed chipped beef on low carb toast
2100- strawberries
2200-here is where I went wrong; bowl of raison bran w skim milk! Should of just gone to bed hungry. I will probably wake up with the shakes from all those carbs this late at night but am too stuffed to get some protein in and I am so out of calories!
all my water and such and 1 hour of zumba. I was notified my vit D was way too low and am supposed to take 1000mg a day. I will pick some up tomorrow.

Wow. that's a real eye opener! But you usually use up all those carbs with the running and zumba. Dont' beat yourself up too much.

Maybe a cheese stick would have been better? I know late night snacking is hard. You do so good with your lists and totals normally. I hope you don't wake up with the shakes. that really sucks.

I'm not sure what surgery you had, but if it was a malabsorptive one, we won't absorb the D's that you can buy in the stores.  We need Dry D3 and the only place I've found it is on vitalady.com.

I LOVE creamed chipped beef on toast - my mother used to make that all the time.  I've never been able to perfect it like she did...

Thanks! I was thinking we must not absorb it correctly because I take calcium with vitaminD together. Not sure what kind it is. It is the powdered from bariatric advantage.

I can't make it either; I have to buy it. I remember my mom making it with cubes of butter; cubes, not pats!

Hi Dawn - didn't do very well yesterday.  Do ok at work, then when I get home it all goes to hell...

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee
S - Atkins Advantage protein bar
L - bacon/tomato sandwich on wheat bread
S - McD's SF vanilla iced coffee
S - chips and dip (mindless snacking/grazing)
D - 3/4 cup hamburg with cheese/sour cream/black olives (kinda of like a nachos without the tortilla) oh - and a small glass of wine (or 3)

I am new - but I think I need some accountability, all right!  Today is going along interestingly, and lately, I am finding that I really have to fight the appetite monster.  I have been giving in too much.  Cheddar popcorn is the worst temptation by far.  Slider food alert!

Today, so far:

B:  3 oz sweetened Greek yogurt (I didn't realize I had bought that kind, so I only used half a container)+ 3 oz plain Greek yogurt + 1/4 c blueberries + 2 packets Splenda
S:  2 squares of dark chocolate, FF tuna salad w/ crackers (130 cal/pkg), one potato chip, one red licorice (I know!! This is waaaay more than a snack - it's grazing!  Sugar is evil.  I am finding that I don't dump like I used to.)
16 oz Crystal Light

Plus I did four miles walking at the gym this morning.

I am gonna try to start loggin on and writing down what I eat, so I can be more accountable.  I feel a little out of control lately.  Thanks for your support.

L:  Turkey burger w/ a slice of cheese on top & Light Yogurt

S: Atkins RTD protein shake

D: 3 fried chicken wing drumetts , 1/2 cup of canned collard greens, and 1/4 cup great northern beans

S: 1 oz of 2% cheddar cheese & an apple

Lots of water and Walmart brand SF kool aid
