No totals today. I'm going to get off the computer for the evening. I found out that we were left out of an ash scattering ceremony for someone who was a dear old friend of ours..Feelings are hurt and they sometimes take longer than skin or bones to heal.

This will be a hectic week so I'll try and keep track of what I've eaten..How did you do?

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Sometimes we want what we want when we want it and I can totally understand not being in the mood just then for a sub...It's all part and parcel of getting our needs met now that we have had surgery and put ourselves first (finally!) I'm really finding that is the case lately, at least with me. It truly is all about me sometimes.

Your list looks really good. What is it with strawberries right now? I ate about a pound of them in the last four days, it feels like. They're SO good!

Keep up the good work..see ya.

Hello, I've been MIA but I'm back. Life has super sucked for me this month but I'm trying to be positive that everything will be ok. Depression has taken over me big time! I was hospitalized for 8 days, I've gained 11 lbs but I'm back to get back on track with my eating. Hospital food sucks so I ate a lot of carbs and just things I usually don't eat. I'm back on track today. I've started fitday, planning my meals and just being aware and accountable.

If you pray, please include me in your prayers!

Sunday's eats..

B: 1/2 Cup of Corned beef hash, 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice of light wheat toast

S: 100 calorie pack of cookies

L: Roast beef and cheese sammy w/ lettuce, mustard and light mayo

S: 1 scoop of real cookies and cream ice cream

D:  1 fried egg, 3 strips of turkey bacon and 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ sf  grape jam

S: String cheese and 2 pickle spears

Wow..bacon, tortilla chops and beer? I would say that 2 lbs is salt..

I hate when that happens and it happens a LOT...You know what caused it so don't panic too much..Your list is good otherwise. Good protein..

Keep up the good work. See ay
