I went a long time without eating today cuz we were visiting an old friend for the afternoon...They had a little happy hour with all sorts of snacks and stuff. I had four shrimp and one eggroll..or about that much. Mostly just drank my water and talked..It was a really fun time, though..

My eats for Saturday:

B: 1/2 serving of protein waffles, the vanilla protein baking mix works but the chocolate...not so much. sugar free syrup and parkay.

2B: 3 egg omelet with spinach and swiss cheese (probably not real swiss but whatever) and some really good home fries - with green peppers and onions

L: 4 large shrimp, 2 mozzarella cheese balls, 2 mini egg rolls (so I counted the whole thing like a regular eggroll)

Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

Dinner: 5 oz pork chop and 4 broccoli floweretts with parkay

Snack: 3 fried chicken breast fingers from last night..

Okay, drum roll please:

That's good. I"m tired and I had a really good day. How did you do?

Busy day for us! 5 mile run then home and made breakfast for dd and her friend who stayed the night. Went to the farmers market then to a new park that just opened; it is beautiful! DD had her dance recital so we had to hurry home and shower and change. Went to the recital and then home!
0900-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, bacon, and 100 cal english muffin
1400-teriyaki chicken, 2 T rice and salad
1800-Kashi chewy granola bar
2030-BK grilled chicken sandwich w top bun removed, small fries
2200-2 rf graham crackers and 1 cup strawberries w whip cream
5 mile run all my water and such.
