What a day this is turned out to be! Busy busy...not hungry at all. and another good thing, the scale gods were kind to me this morning! 129.8,,, I'm such a scale worshiper on this...I need to stop but it sure made me feel better to see under 130..  

My eats for Friday:  

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes. I'm dialing this recipe in with the protein baking mix...and I got my CarbQuick yesterday so I have plenty to fall back on!

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
 

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick

8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Peach

9:30 am 1/3 serving of protein pancakes...I even forget which recipe it was from, I've forgotten! with 1/2 T Peanut butter

10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Juicy Red

12:15 pm 1 chicken marinara patty, 1/3 cup green beans and I started on some more of my shrimp/skallop/avocado salad...may fini**** this afternoon!

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:30 pm the rest of the shrimp/skallop/avocado salad

3:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

4:00 pm 1/4 serving protein pancake with 1/2 T peanut butter

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:00 pm 5 oz fried chicken fingers (from chicken breasts), 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup creamed corn

Totals for the day (so far): 

Calories: 1600
Fat: 71.9
Carbs: 85.8
Protein: 156.8

I'm happy with those numbers. I even have room for a dessert like kettle corn..Right now I'm at 40% protein..I'm sure ready for the weekend..

How did you do? Even if you fell on your face this week. It's not necessary to succeed each and every day but the mandatory thing is to get up, dust yourself off and keep trying..It's worth it! You're worth it!

TGIF!!! I ate a lot today and no exercise!
0900-protein drink
1100-lc tortilla, turkey, rf cheddar,
1330-turkey and string cheese
1600-8 rf wheat thins, 3 slices salami
1800-movie popcorn and 5 red vines
2000-few tortilla chips, inside of grilled fish tacos and a few bites of beans
I have not totalled yet but I think it is under 1500. All my water and such. We saw Shrek this evening; it was really cute.

Wow, I am so impressed with your protein intake...something I struggle with.  You must be getting protein from the drink mixes you are referencing.  What are these and where do you buy them?
