Accountability - Thursday
Long day today but I got through it..And now the weekend is right there. I can nearly taste it!
My eats for Thursday:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with the pancake mix left out...this worked really well!
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:15 am 1/4 protein pancakes from yesterday with 1/2 T peanut butter
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Wild Strawberry
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb burger with cheese, wrapped in lettuce with pickles, tomatoes, onion and thousand island dressing on the side..yum
1:45 pm 1 cup shrimp/skallops/avocado salad
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Live Active Natural Mixed Berry
3:00 pm 24 oz Iced Coffee w/Chocolate Protein Powder and Splenda
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 2 patties chicken marinara and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
7:00 pm single serving kettle corn microwave version.
Totals for the day:

Fat: 87.7
Carbs: 98.4
Protein: 148.1
Actually, this is about right for a calorie total. I generally don't include my nighttime dessert..Today I included it.

This week flew by for me and next week I am only working 3 days!
0930-premier protein drink
1200-4 small meatballs, 3 baby red potatoes, steamed brocoli
1600-devilled aggs
1930-scrambled eggs w rf cheese, bacon, 100 cal english muffin with light butter and sf jelly
2100-sf hot cocoa and 2 rf graham crackers
1200 calories and plenty of protein and not too many carb!All my water and such. I went for a three mile run before work with one of my running group friends and then a different running group friend wanted to run after work so we ran 2 miles in the pouring down rain. I am pooped and off to bed as soon as I put the laundry in the dryer; I was out of clean undergarments!
