The didn't start out good. I was wearing the cutest pink outfit for work and was putting my lunch together. I pulled the V-8 out of the fridge and gave it a shake...the lid wasn't on good and it went EVERYWHERE...all over me too..So I had to change my clothes! Sigh..and then my TOM hit me square between the eyes because they cut off my bc pills! What moron agreed to that? Oh yeah, me I guess. I can't believe that I still need them at MY age!...I'm cranky about that too.  

My eats for Wednesday:  

5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes, 1/2 serving of sugar free syrup and butter buds

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Pink lemonade

8:00 am 12 oz V8 juice (get THAT out of the way! LOL)

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

10:00 am 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1T peanut butter

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical

12:00 am various salads including shrimp/skallop/avocado, taco, fruit salad...we had a party at work and it was "salad theme" might be challenging to put to fitday! counted like 1/2 cup shrimp salad, 1/2 cup fruit salad and 3 oz taco salad...that just about covers it. About a cup and a half total but I'm STUFFED!

2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape

3:00 pm 12 oz Drink  Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast (and a piece of sugar free gum)

3:45 pm 1 hardboiled egg

4:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Polar Blast

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

6:30 pm a manwich sandwich on an oroweat sandwich thin..

Wow, you drink alot.  I wish I could drink half that amount.  I do have one question  - do any of those drinks have protein in them? If not, I can't figure out how you come up with 128 grams of protein, you have very little food.  I know I get alot of protein by adding chocolate protein powder to NSA swiss miss - 1 1/2 scoops to a mug of the hot chocolate gives me 35 grams of protein.  Never mixed it with coffee though.

Sounds like your day improved afer a shaky start! I had a good day! Started off at the dentist office for a cleaning then off to work where I got a lot of work done! I am still behind but isn't every one?
0900-protein drink
1100-meatballs, steamed brocoli, and 3 small red potatoes
1300-small banana
1500-small double chocolate cookie from Starbucks. My admin assist brought for me and I ate it. I looked up the stats on it and it was only 80 calories
1530-1 devilled egg- another gift from one of my nurses
1930-baked chicken, steamed brocoli and small sweet potato
2100-sf hot chocolate and 2 rf graham crackers
one hour of zumba all my water and such. I amgoing for a short run in the morning before work. I hope the rain stops by morning! We are having a Spring storm per the news; lots of wind and rain. My lab work that I had drawn this morning is back and all is good. Ferritan is back down but is still higher than it has been in years after my iron infusions. I will still have to get some more I think as they want to keep it over 100. It was up to 74 but today was down to 60.
