Well, lets get this party started! This week is going to be busy busy...Lots going on and I still want to get to all the old photos in my closet. I hit a big chunk of them over the weekend but there are SO many more!  

My new protein pancake recipe: 1 scoop CarbThin Protein Baking Mix (Vanilla), 1/3 cup whole grain pancake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and about 1/6 cup water. These were YUMMY! I had half of them at 5 am..I'm going to try chocolate ones tomorrow and see if that works. I'll probably have to add more water to those but we'll see.  

Eats for Monday:  

5:00 am 1/2 serving of my new protein pancake recipe

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/splenda Hazelnut flavor and sugar free vanilla creamer

9:30 am 2 oz cooked pork chop
 

10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange  

11:00 am 1/2 serving of new protein pancakes, peanut butter

11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated  

2:00 pm shrimp salad: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, grilled onions and 3 oz shrimp with 1 oz sesame dressing  

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade  

3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape

6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop (center cut, boneless), 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup corn from canned

for a nighttime snack: some sugar free fudge covered cookies (included in the totals) and currently drinking another 24 oz container of water, Hawaiian Punch Orange

Fat: 73.2
Carbs: 87.6
Protein: 145.4

What is not on the list is what I'm gonna have in a few moments..I'm gonna have a single serving bag of kettle corn popcorn..I have good numbers and think I deserve it since it's been calling my name for at least a week and I'm gonna listen tonight.

You had an excellent day! Monday is over, so we are that much closer to Friday!
0830-premier protein drink
1030-apple
1230-grilled fish tacos-YUM!
1445-1/2 c nsa ff ice cream- yuck, not worth it
1800-cube steak cooked in crockpot w mushrooms, onions and rf cream of mushroom soup, steamed brocoli and a small sweet potato-YUM
2000-1 rf graham cracker
2030- another rf graham cracker
2100-fiber one bar
all my water and such. Missed zumba because it was cancelled at the last minute. Walked 1 mile with dd and neighbor. Too tired to put in my food to the daily plate. I had an early morning meeting that lasted until 1300 and then had to try and cram a whole days of work into 3 hours.

Don'tyou hate it when meetings run long? I hate it because I am STARVING and need a drink of water..Drives me crazy when my stomach starts to growl in a meeting. The work is MEH...I don't worry about that but I do worry about eating enough! Of course, it's all about ME! 
 

You're totally right! The weekend is that much closer. That's a great way to think about it.

Hi Dawn!  My eats for yesterday:

B - 2 protein coffees (200 cal, 46 P)
S - Atkins Advantage Protein Bar (240 Cal, 15P)
L - 3oz Roast Beef (280 cal, 23P)
S - **modified** 1 large SF chocolate skim latte (300cal, 0P, 14c)
S - a few chips and a home made bean dip
D - piece of pizza, a chunk of cheese
S - cashews

Fell apart at night, as usual.  My son is a terrible influence on me (and yes I tell him that).  I never would have eaten anything like that pizza if he hadn't left it sitting on the counter.  Didn't get into the break sticks, he put it all away after I nagged about it...

I'm wanting to do an "all liquid" few days.  I've got a big weekend coming up and would like to get my carbs under control before then.  I did it fine the 2 times before my PS (first time it was cancelled), and didn't feel hunger.  Not sure why its different now vs then.... I know its all in the head.

I never saw the value in that 5 day pouch test thing except to gain mental control over the carbs but I think my view has changed somewhat. When I don't eat just once during the day, my pouch shrinks down and I have a hard time eating a normal portion after that..I have to highly recommend an all liquid day..Go high on the protein drinks and you should be okay...do V-8 Juice and you should get your carbs in but to me, I think it might be wonderful to get back to where you want to be, both mentally and in your pouch..
