Accountability - Sunday
Sunday was a "get back to normal day"
After losing my waffle iron, I ate up the rest of what was left from Saturday and I'll wait to see what I can do about a waffle maker...maybe have to stick to pancakes..
B: 1 serving of protein waffles
2B: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese, about 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 slices of whole wheat toast without the crust
L: didn't eat lunch! wanted something so I had a serving of sugar free cookies and a container of Dannon Yogurt..
D: 1/4 lb burger on an oroweat bun, cheese, lettuce tomato and mayo..

Without the snack for lunch, I'd have been in the mid 1300's..I didn't do too bad. How did you do?
