I'm starting to get excited about the weekend now..happens every week but at least it happens! This week has been stressful because they are handing out pink slips and if it actually does happen (the union has a vote next week) it will definitely effect me..  
 

My eats for Thursday:  


5:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes, 1/2 serving sugar free syrup, sprinkle of butter buds

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way Strawberry Banana

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

9:45 am 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape

11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated

12:30 pm 1.5 chicken marinara patties (with sauce) and 1 slice american cheese  

1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated

2:30 pm 12 oz V-8 Juice

2:40 pm 1/ 2 serving protein pancakes w/1T peanut butter  

3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Gv Strawberry

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
 

6:30 pm 4 oz grilled steak, 1/2 raw apple, 4 sugar free fudge covered cookies

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Pink slips; yikes! Didn't you have to take mandatory unpaid days last year? That kind of environment would be hard to work in. I am grateful for now that I am safe. My husband was off of work for nearly a year and is now employed but 3 hours away from home. Can't complain when others have it worse.
0900-protein drink
1300-ww breakfast sandwich
1530-cottage cheese and fruit cup NSA
1830-taco meat,low carb tortilla ,salsa, rf sour cream and rf shredded cheese and 1 chocolate covered strawberry-wish I had another one
snack later not sure what; am tired of cheese and rf wheat thins
All my water and such. Missed my morning run, may go tomorrow for a quickie before work.
When I had my TT in October they planned on removing 8 pounds but could not do the whole procedure as the blood flow was poor from previous surgeries. They only removed about 4 pounds. It has never shown on the scales though! I was 193 day of surgery and a few days later I was 187, so maybe it actually did show at first. I had so much swelling it was hard to tell later. I think it looks pretty good now; still swell but not as much.

hi dawn and everyone,

i had a good day.. it was nice out and no rain so i took a walk up a big hill. i was breathing pretty heavy when i got to the top of the hill... i figured that was cardio. not sure how far i walked. i asked my bf to lock it on his truck sometime.so i know how far i am walking.

Hi Dawn - sorry to hear about the work stress.  My daughter is going through that now too.

B - 2 protein coffees
S - Atkins Advantage protein bar
S - more coffee
L - 1/2 cup taco meat with cheese
S - spoonful of peanut butter
D - open faced hot pork sandwich with gravy
S - beer, 2 glasses of wine - ugh
S - chunk of cheese

I wasn't hungry - I just grazed.  For some reason I feel I MUST eat even though I'm not hungry, but I WAS bored...
