I got up a little late and had much to do but managed to get it all done before I left for work...and then some. We have a great weekend planned and if I can get all my housework done, I won't feel too guilty about not being at home.  

My eats for Wednesday:  

5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes, sugar free syrup and butter buds

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Wild Strawberry   8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

8:50 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

9:30 am 4 large strawberries and 2T Regular Peanut Butter

9:45 am 5 animal crackers

10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

12:00 am cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, pickles, onions and tomato with thousand island dressing on the side..
 

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

2:00 pm 1/2 serving protein pancakes, 1 T regular peanut butter, 1 tsp sf honey
 

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango Tea

3:45 pm 1 medium orange

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Pink Lemonade

6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop cooked with pineapple, bbq sauce, dried cherries and a salad with italian dressing.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1689
Fat: 100.4
Carbs: 98.0
Protein: 119.4

Too many carbs in dinner and the sugar in the fruit isn't doing well in my digestion right now either. If I'm feeling better, I'll have some protein ice cream (left over from last night). I'm okay with these numbers...

Hi there!  I think i did pretty good today!  The scale was up a bit today....

B - 2 protein coffees
S - Atkins Advantage protein bar
L - 1 cup beef stew
S - Pink Grapefruit protein drink (2 scoops) - yummmm!
D - 3 1/2 chicken wings
S - BIG glass of milk...

vits:  did good - only missed 1 calcium today
water:  did well
exercise:  didn't get any today - does thinking about it count?

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

LOL...at least thinking about it exercises your brain cells..When I go shopping I park as far away from the store as possible and when I want to send something to a different department...I'll deliver it in person.

It is nice to have the weekend to look forward to! My staff meeting went great; glad it is over!
0800-protein drink
1230-taco meat, salad, rf cheese,salsa, and lite sour cream
1500-fiber one bar
1830-taco meat, low carb tortilla, rf cheese, salsa, and lite sour cream
2000-100 cal pack yogurt covered pretzels.
I am hungry and plan on another snack before bed; maybe cheese and rf crackers.
all my water and such. Missed zumba because staff meeting ran over.

I don't like staff meetings when I know that someone is going to be called on the carpet for something..I generally understand when it's necessary but it's stressful for me to watch someone get upset...Especially if they have really irritated me..I'm usually the one that's glad when staff meetings are over too!

Great list. You do really well with what you eat, running and zumba. You had a tummy tuck recently too, if I remember correctly...did that take much weight off? I know right after it didn't but it's been some time.
