Just wanted to introduce myself - I'm 18 months out, have reached goal, bounced up a bit and reset my goal a few pounds lower and I'm working on that now....
I've beeon OH since my surgery and usually hang out over on the Lightweight Board, but thought this board would fit me well too, since I'm at the stage where I'm maintaining (trying to at least) and worried as hell about regain!!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Welcome. I'm a previous light weight too. I lost about 98 pounds from consult to goal..but I know I was alot higher than that. I'd lost about 15 pounds before my consult..
