Sorry I'm running late. My daughter came by last night and I�got all caught up in that.�

My eats for Monday: ��

4:30 am 1 serving protein waffle (probably more than that, actually.) with peanut butter and sf honey �
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light White Grape

8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange

10:00 am 3 large strawberries, 1/2 cup NF Cottage Cheese

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango Tea �

1:00 pm chicken salad: 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 6 slices cucumber, 3 slices tomato and 1 oz sesame dressing.

2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit caffeinated

3:20 pm 12 oz V-8 Juice

3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade

6:00 pm 4 oz meatloaf, 1/2 cup canned carrots, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes. took me 45 minutes to eat this! With visiting and eating, I got stuffed pretty quick. Potatoes last.

7:30 pm probably 3 more ounces of meatloaf - I�ate the last of it. Not enough for left overs..it was dessert. � Totals for the day:

Fat:�74.7
Carbs: 85.7 Protein: 142.4

Over the top on protein Monday...Not bad on carbs either. I think the fat count is off because the meatloaf was made with really lean beef...but it's close.

My gosh! Did you see that the banana was over a third of your carbs? I had to swear off bananas for a while. Too sweet and too high in carbs. But you did awesome. Other than the nanner, you had basically no carbs at all! You NEEDED that banana! Awesome.

yes very bad banana... shhhh i had 2 this morning at 3am.. i even put them in at 3am... i love those darn yellow things..i dont know why i think to eat at that hour. i woke up and saw them.. i am trying to go for protein today.. my size 10 are hard to button.. :-(  will eating protein foods help to lose the weight too? i will have to leave the 2 banana's left for my bf and only eat my strawberrys ... Oh my - I have to remember what I ate yesterday?  Ok - I'll give it a try.  It was a light day for me - just wasn't hungry - going through some personal issues and it stymies my appetite, which is the only good thing about it.  BUT today is VERY different!!

B - 2 protein coffees
L - Atkins Advantage Protein bar (1sugar)
D - pulled pork, mashed taters/gravy and green beans
S - home made skinny latte with SF chocolate and REAL Kalhua

I don't have the totals - I usually don't add them up unless I'm in a real decarb mode.

Did well with my vitamins, water and did 30 mins of elliptical and 1.5 hours of yoga!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I'm usually better about posting the night of and not the morning after...

I know what you mean about when you're going through issues. I used to be a stress eater but now when I'm stressed I quit eating. While I was on vacation some time back, things were stressfull (dealing with step daughters and grandchildren and my husband's dying ex-wife...) I would forget to eat. My totals were maybe 800 calories a day. BAD! It was all I could do to keep from making extremely bad choices so I made NO choices at all...

At least you calm down well enough to eat in the evening. Keep up the good work. See ya.

Hey dawn. This is Amy. I lost my pass word and my lazy butt just fixed a new one. I don't have a computer anymore. I am at my sisters. I just got out of the hospital. Was in there for 2 weeks. The doctor said my gastric bypass was the worst he has ever seen. None if it is right. It took 5 freaking years for someone to find it and stop just saying I am anorexic. He said I couldn't eat if I wanted to. So now I have a tube hanging out of my side. Hope everyone is doing well. I miss this place.
