trying to lose
Depending on your build and your muscle mass...you could be where you're going to stay. I got down as low as I could and then started gaining muscle weight. it's hard to judge because I've never been slender or even regular size..You know what I mean?
You might just be where your body preferrs to be.

I went on 'vacation' from Nov to about Feb this year.. basically not exercising like I should and eating like I shouldnt... I gained 5lbs and it has been VERY hard to try and get them to budge... I started eating better and working out more without any success. 4 weeks ago I started with a personal trainer and back to good ole food logging and nothing so far, still going to stick with it. Not sure if it was the 'bounce back' they talk about... or just my body kind of adjusting... but if its only 5lbs Ill take it :-)

P.S. My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.
