Long day...Not much that was planned got done at all. I wanted to go to church and missed that. Wanted to go to breakfast but we'd already eaten so we ate again. Then we went 4 wheel driving (!?!) and then home to nap (?/1?) and then to dinner at the local Sports Bar...I got a Mother's Day card from my doggie (dh is such a sweety!)

No totals but here are my eats:

B: 2 cups of coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss, 3/4 protein waffles with peanut butter and honey

2B: a ham and egg muffin sandwich that was left over from when our son's friend came to visit..good stuff..

3B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 slices wheat toast

L: hamburger and cheese in a medium quesadilla

D: teriyaki chicken salad with some bleu cheese dressing..

I had six bottles of water and all my vitamins..I may even have another bottle of water.

I figure I did okay in the afternoon but the morning was a CARB FEST..

How did you do?

morning dawn!
i dont think i did to horrible today. for breakfast we had busciuts and gravy, yikes carbs aplenty i know. but i only ate a biscuit and a half with the gravy and actually didnt finish what i had on my plate. i ate a banana early in the morning before that cause we ate breakfast late. for lunch i had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. not something i would usually eat because of the bread. for dinner we had tacos which i just love!!! i had 2 hard shell and one soft shell taco. it was to much. i should of said no to the last one that i ate. for a snack i had a cup of weigh****hcers yogurt and a piece of cinnamon bread. i do a lot better with my eating during the week. weekends are my downfall.

Yikes...you did have a carb fest on Sunday! Not much protein to speak of. I leave the shells on tacos anymore and dump it all onto the lettuce and eat that. The shells for some reason are tasty but they just have too many carbs. I can eat the insides from about four tacos if I leave the shells. I had a biscuit sunday too...filled me up and made me cranky..LOL.

But you got alittle better toward the end of the day. the carbs call your name and you can tell..The longer you go low carb, the easier it is. Keep up the good fight. You'll win if you keep going. See ya.

I got all my housework out of the way on Saturday so I'd have room for fun on Sunday and it just never really happened...I have a plan for next weekend though...the Oxnard Strawberry Festival..LOTS of walking and sunshine and shopping...Now THAT sounds like MOTHER'S day..LOL.

I've been thinking about quiches lately. I really wanted to go to Marie Calendars and they have the most awesome quiches...I leave the crust too..or nibble alittle of it..just a little on the spendy side for my wallet somettimes.

An hour of zumba AND vacuuming cars..You are my hero..Keep up the good work. See ya.
