When I got on the scale at the allergist's office last night, I did NOT expect to weigh 136 even with my clothes on...I've been weighing in the mornings and it's always 130 or lower...I'm a little concerned and I know I shouldn't be but still...is it my imagination or are my jeans just a little too tight today?

My eats for Friday:
 
5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1/2 large apple raw
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
9:45 am 1/2 small beef quesadilla left over from Wednesday
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
11:20 am 1/4 serving of protein pancakes, 1 T Naturally More Peanut butter, 1 tsp sf honey
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:30 pm 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1/2 T Naturally More Peanut Butter
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
6:00 pm buffalo burger on a sandwich thin, 1 oz mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and mayo   Totals for the day:

Carbs: 103.4
Protein: 120.2

I did pretty good. I'm so thirsty today but I think that's mental..How did you do?

Aggg, I hate when the Dr's office scale and my scale is so different! That drives me crazy.
I've been 170 for a few months and I'm pretty darn happy about that.
I am so happy the weekend is here. I want to have a lazy day on the couch watching movies with my daughter tomorrow. I hope she is down for that!?

My good eats..

B: 2 large boiled eggs w/ hot sauce

S: Strawberries

L: 1 Cup of chili w/ 2% cheddar cheese on top

S: FF Yogurt

D: 1 big slice of thin crust ham & pineapple pizza

S: 12 oz of chocolate calorie countdown milk blended w/ ice and a scoop of protein

My liquids:
8 oz OJ
3- 16.9 oz bottle of crystal light
1 can of diet coke
1 bottle of diet peach Snapple

The stupid thing is that I went straight home and weighed myself. My scale said the same darn thing..And then the tight jeans the next morning...then all the mental doubt, thinking I must be getting to look like a cow..you know all that stupid fat girl talk inside my brain. I HATE that fat girl. She's a *****! LOL.

I'm better now, it just is a mental journey at this point and somedays the fat girl wins, some days I win..
 

My favorite flavor or pizza is canadian bacon and pineapple. I'm gonna have to do something with those flavors this weekend, I think..I have diced ham and a small can of pineapple...I feel a pizza sandwich thin coming on...TWO little pizzas. Mozzarella cheese..and some pizza sauce...mmm...I think that's lunch!

I try not to look when I am getting weighed because it is always different! You are probably thirsty from your allergies.
0830-protein drink
1200-grilled chicken, 1/2 pita and tzaikti suace
1530- same as 1200
1630-100 cal yogurt covered pretzels
2000-10 tortilla chips w salasa, chicken tortilla soup minus the tortilla strips and avacado
2200-fresh raspberries and whip cream
I think I got enough liquids and all my vits. No exercise but have a 5 K in the morning it is a fundraiser for Domestic Violence it is called :run Like a Girl" isn't that cute?
Hope everyone has a great weekend; it is supposed to be in the 60's here!!!

I figure it's the water I was drinking. I had just finished a container and a half (32 ounces) of water. Last night I tried figuring it out...I can loose up to 3 pounds of water from emptying my bladder! Now that's an eye opener...TMI but still. LOL.

The name of that run IS cute..I could never understand domestic abuse. Wrong is wrong.

I tested out that thought the other day and yes...I lost over 2 pounds in seconds!
