We had a soup and cheesecake competition today and my entry was Italian Gazpacho and Chocoloate Mocha Cheesecake (low sugar).� I didn't win for either one but got honorable mention...I guess you could call it that. I watched people taste it and they said it was good so that's good enough for now..Maybe next time!

Due to the tasting of cheesecake crumbs in the morning I think I soured my own stomach! �

Eats for Thursday: ��

5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with butter buds and sugar free syrup (2 extra egg yolks in this)

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese (starting to feel woozy and glycemic, I think!) �

9:00 am 1/3 serving protein pancakes with sugar free honey (still trying to get rid of the nauseous feeling, seemed to work)

9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango Tea

11:00 am lean ground beef burger on a sandwich thin with light ranch dressing (thankfully the nausea is gone!)

12:00 pm several different soups and two tiny pieces of sugar free cheese cake. Then some salad

1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (nursed this for a LONG time) �

3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange �

4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango Tea

6:30 pm 4 oz tilapia on an oroweat sandwich thin, tartar sauce, salad and sesame dressing ��

Fat: 74.6 �

Carbs: 95.4

Your cheesecake sounds so delish! I don't dump often but cheesecake makes me dump soo bad! 
Anyway, today was just another day.. nothing too exciting to report.

I had less than half the gazpacho left when I got home and NONE of the cheesecake. I went splenda and half the fat so I could have some and it was GOOD..the only trouble was, everyone and his brother/sister made chocolate cheesecake this year. The winner was a macadamia (I can't do nuts!) with mango...it was AWESOME!

Strawberries are in season again around here so they called to me..I'll be eating them next week and this weekend.

Your list looks good. Keep up the good work, even if it is just another day...it's a day that you don't have to haul your obesity around anymore...puts a spring in your step naturally!

Beans are good carbs, mandarin oranges are good carbs...the oatmeal, the jury is out on that..I used to eat it ALOT but now I have issues with it causing my blood sugar to plummet..So I stick with eggs and protein pancakes for breakfast..Maybe some day I'll try the oatmeal again with protein supplement added in...we'll see.

I still think you did good. Walking is the BEST form of exercise to get started. I park as far away from the door of stores as I can..walk two parking lots over if I can..And getting out in the sunshine just improves my mood so the more I do, the better I feel. It's funny how certain things can do that.

i even rinsed the manfarin oranges. i still need to find that pancake mix u use that low in carbs. so i can make protein pancakes.

0900-protein drink
1100-100 cal yogurt covered pretzels
1300-1/2 sandwich on wheat turkey, and swiss w lots of veggies
1500-pistachios
1745-pizza for one-thin crust
2030-greek yogurt w splenda and raspberries
3 mile run, all my water and such.

I'm looking for those Skecher's Shapeups to add motion to my walking so maybe I don't have to break down and actually run. LOL. Gawd I'm lazy! I found some that compare to MBT (the highest priced rocker bottom shoes on the market!) made by Curves through Avon...I may have to spring for those.
