I'm feeling alittle better but it's because I'm taking tylenol for the neck/back ache and allegra for the sinuses...and that generally takes care of it for me. Happy Cinco de Mayo! Around here, it's at least recognized..I kept the theme going all day! Sadly, no margaritas but there's always the weekend.   My Eats for Wednesday:

5:30 am 1 protein waffle, Reduced fat peanut butter and sugar free honey
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch (left over from my bedside last night)   8:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange   8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:15 am 1/2 large apple, 4 animal crackers and 1/2 serving of Naturally More peanut butter
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated   12:00 pm 2 small tacos (abt 4 oz chicken, 4 small corn tortillas)   1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
1:30 pm 1 small orange. It looked medium but the skin was really thick.
2:15 pm 2 oz grilled pork chop
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
6:30 pm beef quesadillas (ground beef/low carb flour tortillas/cheddar cheese/tomato)  
Dessert: 1/3 protein 5 minute cake (chocolate) with reduced sugar frosting (white). I'm getting ready to get the stuff together for all sorts of these microwave cakes...but I found that I'm eating too big a serving on them. They're 4-5 servings...time to rethink what I'm eating again! LOL. I need to sit down and figure the stats on these little gems..   Totals for the day:
Calories: 1684
Fat: 81.5   Carbs: 117.6
Protein: 124.7  
This doesn't include the dessert but you get the idea. How did you do? Keep after it! It's really worth doing! See ya

Hello Dawn. Today was a good day for me. I feel likes are falling right back into place for me. Work was busy which is a good thing because it makes the day go by so much faster.

My good eats..

B: 1 toasted whole wheat english muffin &  1 lg boiled egg
* 8 oz ff milk

S: Strawberries & NSA chocolate pudding cup
* 16.9 oz crystal light

L: Ham, cheese, lettuce, ff mayo on 1 slice of light wheat bread & FF Yogurt
* 16.9 oz crystal light

S: Orange

D: Baked pork chop & 1/2 Cup of Steamed broccoli
* Can of diet Mtn Dew soda

S: 3 big strawberries & A banana
16.9 oz bottle of crystal light

0800-premier protein drink
1000-fiber one bar
1300-baked chicken, mixed greens, 1 T shredded parm, few croutons and wishbone spray ceasar dressing
1530-1/2 c cottage cheese and 1/2 c nsa fruit ****tail
1800-low carb tortilla, ff refried beans, shredded cheddar, salsa and dollop od lf sour cream
1900-15 york pieces; 50 is a serving
2000-2 rf graham crackers
missed zumba because dd said she felt "icky". I think it is just her allergies, she does not have a fver but is headachy, stuffy and her tonsils are enlarged. I just totalled on daily plate my calories are under 1200 and I did fair on my protein, too many carbs. We did go for a mellow 1 mile walk with the dog so we did get some exercise.
