Trying to get back to normal. Sinus issues are causing all sorts of problems! My back and neck are killing me..   My eats for Tuesday:

5:30 am 3/4 serving protein waffles, 1 serving reduced fat peanut butter and 1 tsp sugar free honey
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 oz baby carrots (half a pack)
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hyrdating Berry
10:15 am 2 oz chicken thigh meat cooked
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Caffeinated
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
1:00 pm 5 oz burger patty on an Oroweat sandwich thin with mayo
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Honey Lemon
6:00 pm 6" Flatbread Meatball Marinara sandwich from Subway  
Calories: 1635
Fat: 79.2
Carbs: 119.2
Protein: 117.2

The figures for the meatball sandwich are high because flatbread is gonna be less carbs, have to think..Sheesh. 70 grams of carbs in that thing! But I had so few before dinner that the totals are passable..

How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I'm also trying to get back to my normal routine.

My good eats..

B: Special K cereal & 8 oz ff milk

S: Apple
*20 oz bottle of crystal light

L: 2 beef enchiladas & 1/4 cup of refried beans
* Capri sun pouch of water

S: 100 calorie pack of cookies & 8 oz of FF milk

* 12 oz of water

D: Baked pork chop, Corn on the cob, 1/4 cup of brown rice
* Can of diet coke

S: FF Yogurt
* 8 oz ff milk

I am addicted to milk right now. I love it with ice. I go through these phases. I've had more carbs than normal but I'm content.

You are having a rough week Dawn!
0800-premier protein drink
1000-egg beater omellette w veggies and bacon
1200-1/2 turkey on wheat w top bread removed
1530-other half of sandwich w top bread removed
1900-3 turkey meatballs, 1/2 C marinara, steamed brocoli with parmeson on top-yum!!!
2100 will be strawberries w splenda and squirt of whip cream
I have not toaled yet. The daily plate has changed its format and I am not used to it yet! I have not eaten this much in a few weeks, I hope the scale still moves when I weigh in on Thursday. I ran a 5 K on the treadmill at the YMCA while DD was in hip hop. I think I got all my water in and I did all my vitamins and such.
It was nice to see you posting again Kay; I was wondering about you!

Yes, i'm back. i had a crazy couple of weeks but life is getting back to normal for me.
