Sadly, I didn't keep track of my numbers today...no hope at all in totals. We went to the flea market and walked around for 3 hours...not aerobic but it did tire me out..

B: 1 protein waffle with reduced fat peanut butter, sugar free honey

2B: 2 egg tacos (flour tortillas/egg/sausage/cheese) at Denny's

L: ham/asparagus/cheese quesadilla (really lovin that quesadilla maker!)

D: (and here is where I lost it!) 1 and a half beers (Corona), 2 chicken thighs without skin or bones on a sandwich thin and mayo, Bush's Grillin Beans, macaroni salad (about a 1/4 cup of each) and then...a piece of strawberry ice cream cake - small piece and I took about four bites and had to stop. I didn't get sick and that's what scares me.

No totals. All my vitamins, five containers of water..No snacks, plenty of exercise..I'm having another container of water just to be sure I got enough.

I have not totaled either but here goes;
0900-eggs with cheese and salsa
1200-1/4 c taco meat,1/4 C refired beans. lettuce, salsa and a bit of sour cream
1600-chicken breast
1800-beef jerky, 5 pringles, and 1 red vine
2000-cheerios w skim milk
Not enough water as we had a long drive home and I do not like to stop! walked all over the Portland Zoo but nothing aerobic. Back to work tomorrow. Once I get throught tomorrow the rest of the week should be smooth sailing. I can eat a fair bit of cake and not get sick; unless it is on an empty stomach then it is watch out; dizzy,sweaty, and nauseated!
