5:30 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with butter buds and sugar free syrup(b-12, multi vitamin, extra c, omega 3, d-3, garlic gel)
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am sugar free chocolate chunk cookie from Walmart (these need to leave the house!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Cherry Tea(chewable vitamin C)
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat (2 calcium citrate)
9:30 am 10 oz Celestial Seasons Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 cup ham salad (ham/corn/asparagus/cilantro/mayo/s&p)
11:00 am�12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/2 large apple raw
12:45 pm� 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated

1500-cottage cheese and fruit
1900-bagel thin, boca burger w cheese and sweet potatoe oven fries.
No exercise, I am going for a run tomorrow while the cars oil is getting changed.
I have had some short lists! My weight was up nine pounds 11 days ago from this Fall. I have lost eight of them as of today. I joined WW but am just going for the support.

8 pounds in 11 days...that's AWESOME!! It's working well...Keep up the good work..seriously, I'm jealous...for me it's a slow process unless I'm so stressed I can't eat and then I drop weight fast. I haven't got that much willpower otherwise.

Now that's the ticket! Great numbers for you on Thursday..ooops..rum is going to skew your numbers. Oh well! Sometimes you havta..But drink extra water if you're going to drink. Alcohol is very dehydrating..That's what hangovers are: dehydration..
