What a difference a good night sleep makes! I can still feel a cold coming on but I'm taking mega doses of C and garlic (and whatever else I can pop in my mouth!) so here's to hoping I'm still okay by the weekend..  
My eats for Wednesday:  
4:30 am 8 oz Airbourne cold remedy (this scared me because its effervescent and the bubbles..)
5:00 am 1 serving protein pancake with reduced fat peanut butter
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/splenda and sugar free creamer
9:30 am 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1 cup ham salad (ham/corn/asparagus/cilantro/mayo)
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango (this turned out to be very tasty)
12:00 pm 1/4 lb cheese burger in a lettuce wrap with pickles, tomatoes, onions and thousand island dressing
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:45 pm 1/4 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2T Naturally More Peanut butter and 1 tsp sugar free honey
2:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:20 pm 1/2 serving animal crackers
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Mandarin/Mango

6:00 pm Salmon quesadilla (3 oz salmon, 1 oz mozzarella, 1 medium tortilla and sour cream/salsa

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1636 Fat: 90.7
Carbs: 71.2
Protein: 137.0 

Now that's not bad. I have room for more carbs!. I'm tired and headed to bed. the weather has me sneezing and I took some Benedryl...sleepy now.

I do echinacea tea 5 cups a day and Zicam when I feel a cold coming on. I think it really helps. I had a nice day at work but it was busy! I forgot to eat my morning and afternoon snack. I actually remebered my cheese stick that was in my purse and ate it before Zunba; warm cheese is not tasty!
0815-Premier protein drink
1230-1/2 chicken breast and steamed asparagus and a few bites salad
1700-string cheese
1930-Amy's 4 cheese pizza
Will have a snack later not sure what, I am sick of cheese and out of turkey jerky. I might just have another protein drink am kind of full now. Hope you feel better in the morning!

Yeah, warm cheese is not the most appetizing thing..

I am feeling alittle better but I still can feel it in my sinuses..I had an allergic reaction to my allergy shot last night too...sneezed about a million times, which is far more annoying than anything I can think of.. So I'm hitting the warm tea (echinacea and mint) and Vitamin C...and garlic. We'll see.

Still, short list today! I know that Amy's pizza is great stuff. Can't go wrong with asparagus!

yeah with the protein shake the numbers would have been better but still, not bad! Most people (outside of WLS) don't get that high a number on the protein, I don't believe...You know, I may have to poll my dear hubby and see if he fits our numbers or what..Or have my daughter do fitday for a couple days and see where she sits..for research..lol.
