After the weekend, I'm refreshed and ready to go! I guess..LOL. �

My eats for Monday: �

5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with butter buds and sugar free syrup (B-12, multi vitamin, 1 calcium citrate, 1 omega 3, 1 D-3, 1 Biotin)

6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry

8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (and 2 calcium citrate)

9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch

10:00 am 4 animal crackers, 1/2 large apple with Naturally More Peanut Butter

11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana

12:30 pm 4 oz roast beef with barbeque sauce on a sandwich thin and kraft singles cheese

1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:15 pm 1 medium tangerine

3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Pink Lemonade

6:00 pm 5 oz grilled salmon, 1/2 cup spicy gazpacho �

Added in: a whole serving of animal crackers...scattered throughout the day by the small handful (4 at a time) �

Totals for the day:�

Calories: 1280

Fat: 45.8

Carb: 115.2

Protein: 120.4 �

Not bad at all. I think I can have more calories..no more carbs but calories and fat. LOL. How did you do?

Monday is over; at least the work day!
0800-premier protein drink from Costco
1000-watermelon
1300-bagel thin, hamburger patty, lite swiss and lettuce
1500-100 cal Lorna Doones
1800-2 slices canadian bacon,2 eggs, fresh spinach and rf cheddar all scrambled together, bagel thin with lite butter and sf jelly
Snack later will probably be strawberries with splenda. All my water and such no exercise.

well here is what i had for monday... i saw a dr today and she said i have low blood sugar and i need to stop eating sweets.. then later i got a call from my surgeon office saying i am anemia and need to take ferrous sulfate twice a day at 325 mgs. she didnt say how to take them with meals or on a empty stomach. well i think i did pretty good. what do you all think. it will be hard to not to sweets. anita

4 fresh strawberrys

S- 2oz trail mix

L- 1 3/4 oz chicken leg meat
1/2 c. mozz. cheese
1 tortilla

S- 1 c. 2% milk , 1 scoop protein powder

D- 4oz. pork loin , 1'2 c. spinach, 1/2 c. brown rice

S- 1 banana and pb

S- 8 saltine crackers with peanut butter on them

For a really good, easy to absorb iron..contact vitalady. She has "tender iron" or something that sounds like that. I've heard VERY good things about it..

The longer you stay away from the refined sugar, the easier it gets but you really have to be strong for a long while...until you find what you really have problems saying no to. There are some really good sugar free things out there so it's not all bad news. You can do this..
