accountability for the Weekend.

I got lazy and cranky over the weekend so I didn't post. I'm sorry. I didn't do too bad. From memory, here's what I ate:

Saturday:

B: 1/2 protein pancake/waffles with sugar free syrup

2B: chicken fried steak and 2 eggs, cottage cheese (apparently this was a mistake, sugar levels went LOW later)
3 bottles of water

We walked around the Festival for 3 hours and then went grocery shopping and then home to veg. Didn't even vacuum, which is bad because the pet hair is getting too thick!

L: barbequed beef sandwich on sandwich thin, 1 bottle of water

D: part of a steak with french fries...maybe six of them.  1 bottle of water after dinner

Dessert: protein chocolate cake...good

For sunday:

a whole serving of protein pancakes made into waffles and sugar free syrup. and peanut butter

We went down to the mall to find some Skechers Shapeups and ended up taking a country drive to wait for the mall to open. Not much walking but some. 4 bottles of water in the morning

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast on a huge pile of salad and sesame dressing..yum. I was STARVED.
Snack: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes (not sure when they were left over from...hmmm) with peanut butter

Went on a half mile walk around the property. 1 bottle of water making dinner.

Dinner: ham, cauliflower and asparagus..over cooked the ham but it's okay.

Desert: protein cake

So my totals for Sunday are: 
Calories: 1586
Fat: 94.1`
Carbs: 81.3
Protein: 128.7

Not bad. I'm okay with that. Actually though. I checked this morning and i missed every single vitamin over the weekend...yikes! Something to work on.
