I'm SO looking forward to the weekend..Lots of activities to do and maybe some really good weather. One can only hope.
4:30 am 1/2 protein pancake mix in the waffle iron (turned out good!), parkay and sugar free syrup
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:30 am 1/2 serving Lowry's Beef jerky
9:00 am alittle SoBe Drink Mix, sipped because that beef jerky is really sticking in my pouch
9:30 am 1/2 serving Lowry's Beef jerky
10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix (with a couple sips taken out at 9 am) SoBe Tropical
10:30 am tuna sandwich (half a can with tartar sauce) and kraft single on an oroweat sandwich thin
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf coffee w/splenda hazelnut and half & half
1:00 pm tuna salad (the other half a can with zesty italian dressing) on salad greens and a�small banana � at�this point:
Calories 977, Fat 36.4, Carbs 81.5, Protein 94.9 �
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 medium tangerine
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Pink Lemonade
6:30 pm 3.25 oz fried pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes and an oz of homemade gravy. �

Carbs: 100.8
Protein: 122.8
Not bad. Actually I�have a ton of room left for something else. Not sure what.

I had a good day before and after work anyway! I got up early to run with a friend we did 5 miles! Went to a Family Fun Night at my daughters school it was really fun, the kids had a great time!
0630-banana
1030-snap peas and hummus
1200-ww salsibury steak and asparagus
1600-1/2 c cottage cheese
1800-1 slice cheese pizza minus the upper 1/4 of crust
2100-protein drink
1100 calories but should of had some protein in the morning. I am lazy and don't feel like making a protein drink.
Not sure I got all my water it was close if I didn't.
