So today is one day closer to the weekend...and for that I'm pleased!
Eats for Thursday:
4:30 am 1 protein waffle with parkay and sugar free syrup
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 1 small banana
9:00 am 10 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Sugar Cookie
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
10:15 am 2 salisbury steaks and 1/2 cup canned beans
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 am fish taco at our favorite burger place...yum and FILLING!
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
3:00 pm 1/2 serving protein pancakes with Naturally More Peanut Butter and imitation sugar free honey
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
6:00 pm barbeque beef sandwich on an oroweat sandwich thin and a slice of kraft free cheese food. Totals for the day:
Calories: 1454 Fat: 55.4 Carbs: 115.6 Protein: 136.5
I did really good. I'm very pleased with this list..I can even have a couple of desserts like sugar free cookies and maybe a single serving bag of popcorn. How did you do?

1030-hummus and snap peas
1230-1/2 sandwich on wheat of deli turkey and half slice of swiss and lots of veggies; no mayo
1800-grilled steak, mixed salad w few gorgonzola crumbles
probably a skinny cow later or maybe turkey jerky; I need a bit more protein. Hummus does not have much protein. I buy the single packs at Costco; they are 100 calories, little protein but good carbs and fat. I think I need a bit more water; maybe I will have a big mug of tea while watching survivor. No exercise today, but that is okay I have for the last five days and I am running in the morning before work with a friend.
