Accountability - Wednesday
Not the normal Wednesday for me. Dear Hubby went on a field trip with a friend to pick up a car so I had to fend for myself at lunch. Cyber Cafe here I come!
My eats:
5:30 am 1 protein waffle (the waffle maker WORKED THIS TIME! Long story) with parkay and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss miss (most of my vitamins)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
8:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 small banana (feeling wild and crazy today, usually bananas don't agree with me!)
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Apple Cranberry Tea
10:30 am 3-1/2 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 cup lettuce with cucumber and tomato, 1 oz zesty Italian dressing (light)
10:45 am 1 serving of animal crackers
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical (while sitting at Starbucks)
12:00 am 1 (18 oz) cup dark roast coffee with half & half and splenda
12:45 pm 1/2 serving protein pancakes with 1 serving of Naturally More Peanut Butter
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch
6:30 pm salisbury steak, salad (boy, I'm on a salad kick lately!) and then some sugar free fudge covered cookies for dessert..yum Totals for the day: Calories: 1467 Fat: 69.1 Carbs: 100.1 Protein: 114.7 Not bad at all. The totals don't include the cookies so add a BUNCH of carbs but that's okay. How did you do?

I had an okay day. Glad it is nearly Friday. I have a fun weekend planned. Family time and some "me" time.

did better on my water, an hour of zumba and all my vits and such. Hoping to get some sleep tonight; two nights with less than 5. I am an 8 hour a night kind of girl!

I usually work best on less than 5 hours of sleep. When I get 8 I feel so sluggish..But then ususally when I only get 5 that means something exciting is going to happen (leaving for vacation, a big party...something) and I'm too excited to sleep anyway!
Bananas are iffy at best with me. I refused to buy them for a LONG time. Now I bought a bunch of extra small ones, they don't bother me much so long as I have some sort of protein with them.
You did great! how are the stats on hummus? I'm going to have to check it out. I had it early out but didn't like the one I got..I should probably try it again.
