Accountability - Tuesday
I didn't sleep well last night and I'm not sure why...So I'm running late everywhere! Short on water too!
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes, parkay and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss...actually, I didn't drink much of this.
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium tangerine
9:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 1 protein waffle, 1/2 serving Naturally More peanut butter and sugar free imitation honey
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:15 pm ham sandwich consisting of 3 oz cooked ham, 1 oroweat sandwich thin and 1 T light ranch dressing
1:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium grapefruit raw
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Tea
6:30 pm 1 chicken leg and thigh, 1 cup salad with thousand island dressing
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1503
Fat: 69.3
Carbs: 100.5
Protein: 126.9
I did alright..I need one more bottle of water and that might just be passable. How did you do?

I did not sleep well last night; work is stressing me out. I am seriously exploring other options. I am hoping to sleep better tonight; I need it. I am feeling worn out from being a "single" parent for the last 4 weeks. Hats off to those who do it all the time. My husband is only home 3 weekends a month. Good practice for when he gets deployed in June I guess.
0800-1/2 banana
0915-other 1/2 banana
1200-1/2 cup pistachios in the shell and sugar snap peas
1530-sandwich thin, deli turkey and rf swiss
1800-ka****rail mix chewy granola bar
1930-cooking light spaghetti pie and brocoli
2100-WW 1 point fudge pop-YUM!!!
Ran 3 miles and change this morning all my vits and such. I did not get enough water; unusual for me. I had 16 oz after my run, 20 oz throughout the day and just 8 oz crystal light. I need to put this in The Daily Plate I would guess I was close to 1100 calories but not enough protein. I was too stressed at work to eat much. Tomorrow will be another tough one but should settle down after that.

I can totally imagine! Wouldn't want to be in your shoes but I certainly appreciate what you are doing..Just as much as those who serve in the military, those who are their family deserve the same..Take care of yourself..
I'm surprised that I was able to actually eat a banana today. I think it's cuz I had cheese with it..I'm still worried about all those carbs!
Good list. Even without enough protein. Good and varied and you'll figure out where to add the fluids. It will be better tomorrow. Keep trying..
