Accountability - Sunday
What a lovely day! We went to church and then breakfast and then went on a little jaunt into California Poppy country(extremely local) ..We took tons of photos and it was a great time...just getting away for a couple hours. The weather was sunny and warm, we had the top down on the convertible...it was just wonderful. I didn't keep very good track of my food but I totaled it up just now.
B: I tried to make waffles on my new waffle maker and they crumbled! So I ate waffle crumbs but I ate the whole thing (2 servings)
2B: a grilled taco at Denny's. These are SO good. Just alittle something to get me past noon time.
L: 1 ham sandwich consisting of nearly 3 ounces of ham on an oroweat sandwich thin and mayo
Pre Dinner: a bit of wonton soup, two wontons and some broth...I didn't count it either.
Dinner: 1/4 burger on another sandwich thin, seriously I think I was trying to catchup on my carbs because after my first breakfast this morning my protein percent was about 75%...
I had five containers of water, three cups of coffee, all my vitamins too! I may even have another bottle of water for dinner
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1887
Fat: 113.5 (wow...that's HIGH)
Carbs: 63.7 (WOW! That's low!)
Protein: 156.6
Yikes. Those numbers are totally weird..I could have some frozen yogurt but I'm stuffed! so I'm thinking water is it for me.

Hiya.. I had a great weekend with family and friends. i didn't get online 1 time. my eating was bad on saturday but good on sunday

B- 1 medium banana pancake, 3 strips of bacon and 1 scrambled egg
S- 100 calorie pack of cookies
S- handful of almonds
L- 6" roast beef and cheese sub from subway
S- mini pack of plain m&m's
D- 1 big slice of thin crust pineapple and ham pizza & 2 hot wings
S- 1/2 cup of NSA vanilla ice cream & 2 strawberries
S- 2 light beers
Sunday:
B- 2 eggs scrambled w/ ham and cheese & 1 slice of light wheat toast
S- Orange
L- Baked chicken thigh and wing & steamed asparagus
D- lobster tail, 2 oz ribeye steak, 2 broiled shrimp, 1 small red potato
S- 2 light beers
