This has been a typical Saturday but a LONGSaturday too. Up early at 4:30 and up late, probably 9 pm ..Well, for us, that's late.

So here's my eats:

B: 1 protein waffle, chocolate this time and it was horrible, parkay and sugar free syrup

2B: a breakfast muffin sandwich (the Western Bacon and Egg Muffin) from Subway

L: a shrimp sandwich with alittle mayo on an oroweat sandwich thin

2L: meatless eggroll, 1 chicken on a stick (thigh, grilled)

D: 4 oz steak, too many frenchfries, too many doritos with salsa

Dessert:1/2 cup frozen yogurt

For the most part, my totals:
Calories: 1791
Fat: 80.6
Carbs: 104.8
Protein: 150.0

Not bad at all. I'm tired but Idid manage some yoga on the wii but only 8 minutes total..Idid some walking today and cleaned up alot, vacuuming can use up some calories with that heavy industrial vac I have..

I'm okay with what I did today.
How did you do?

Edited to add: I also had FIVE containers of water. All my vitamins too. I may even have a nice cup of hot tea before bed..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I want to try one of those Subway breakfast sandwiches; they look really good. I had a morning run, went out to dinner and then to Wal Mart.
0945-eggs and sausage on a 100 cal thin
1200-hot dog and 1/2 cookie
1500-sugar snap peas and 1/2 c in the shells pistachios
1830-chicken tortilla soup without the tortillas I only ate 5 tortilla chips!
2100-1 c strawberries and 100 cal pack cheetos
all my water and such. I found the bagel thins at Costco today!
