Accountability - Friday
I'm so looking forward to the weekend. The weather is going to be good and I'm getting OUT there!
My eats for Friday:
5:30 am 1 protein waffle with parkay and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:45 am 1/2 large apple with 2 T Naturally More Peanut Butter
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1 protein waffle with 2 T Naturally More Peanut Butter
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
2:45 pm 1 medium grapefruit, raw
4:15 pm 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
At this point I could see that I'd hit my marks for protein and WAY low in carbs...so when I got home, I told dh we should be able to go for thai food..So here's what's for dinner:
6:30 pm about 16 oz of ice water before dinner, 1/2 cup wonton soup, 1 meatless egg roll, some beef and broccoli, chicken chow mein,
I'm totally stuffed! I may have another bottle of water for dessert..

Fat: 77.9
Carbs: 96.4
Protein: 164.6
Wow, protein still off the charts. I had enough for TWO days! LOL!

Today was an all day retreat; glad it is over! I did not graze too much!
0700-RTD EASprotein drink
0900-1 T potato casserole, strawberries
1200-1/2 sandwich from Panera
1500- other half
1700 baked cheetos
1900-ww frozen entree w added 2 ounces chicken
probably some thing later- had 1/2 C real ice cream- thank goodness it was the end of the container! I get nauseated from sf ice cream half the time but if I stick to 1/2 C of the real stuff it does not bother me; weird.
all my liquids and such am going for a walk with DD and dog

Yesterday was a little carby for me b/c we got pizza, but still a good day calorie and protein wise.
Breakfast - 3 egg whites w/ shredded cheese and a banana
Lunch - Turkey and cheese rollup and greek yogurt
Snack - Calorie countdown choc milk
Dinner - 2 pieces of cheese pizza
Snack - String cheese

Protein: 78
