Accountability - Thursday
Boy I was up early today. 4:30 am. I did the laundry, put the trash barrels out, emptied the litter boxes, cleaned the kitchen, made my lunch AND the coffee..hubby slept in till nearly 6:30 and then I needed to leave about 7..I left late cuz even with all that I did, I forgot some things! sheesh. �
My eats for Thursday:��
5:00 am�1 protein waffles, egg, vanilla protein powder, toasted marshmallow sf syrup (gosh they smelled good cooking!) with parkay and sugar free pancake syrup
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/ sugar free vanilla caramel creamer (no swiss miss this morning. didn't feel like chocolate)
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am�12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
9:30 am 1 medium tangerine (late in taking my vits-biotin, B-12, multi, D-3, Omega 3, no calcium since it's with C)
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
10:45 am 1 chicken patty with marinara sauce on an oroweat sandwich thin (2 calcium citrates)
11:00 am 7 whole wheat, wheat thins, 1 T Naturally More peanut butter
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
1:00 pm salad with hard boiled egg, salisbury steak, light zesty italian dressing and lettuce
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:00 pm� protein waffle with sugar free honey
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Strawberry�
�6:00 pm 3 oz tilapia, 1 T tartar sauce and 4 small french fries

I can't eat!�Sigh, our son's cat is missing..he was outside by himself for the afternoon and not seen yet. argh. I hate when that happens..
Edited to add: The cat came home after everyone was certain he was gone! Stupid cat..he knows how to really get to me!

I walked around the neighborhood quite alot last night so I felt quite justified in not getting on the wii. This weekend we're headed to a big garage sale at a mobile home retirement community and we'll do some walking at Walmart (normal for us!).
I've taken to getting another bottle of water just before bed so my totals don't ever include that or the snack that I take just before bed. Last night I had a half an apple with peanut butter..It boosted my calories and my carbs...not too much in the way of protein but it works for me..

Oh I absolutely hate headaches! My husband and son both inherited migraines from dh's mother...I never had them but I know it must hurt bad..our son has to have complete quiet and darkness or he gets so sick!

Poor Kitty! I hope he turns up soon! You have some wandering pets at your house! I have one cat who goes out once in awhile but the other cat and our dog stay in the house even if the doors are open. We have left the gate open with the dog in the back and she is still there when we get back!

He's definitely not a poor kitty. He's just obnoxious but I worry too much about all the animals. Because our neighborhood isn't safe for little animals and because we've lost some to the coyotees years ago...That's just me. I stress over them all. they are my fur babies!
