Accountability - Tuesday
The end of the year is coming soon. The schools are getting nervous and doing all sorts of creative bookkeeping things..I'm so frustrated with that and not getting enough sleep! And my house is so dusty! I want to clean but I have to work..I need a calgon-take-me-away moment, I think.
My eats for Tuesday: 5:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes w/ reduced fat peanut butter
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Strawberry Banana
7:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat (Multi vitamin, Calcium Citrate, Biotin, Omega 3, D-3, Sublingual B-12)
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
10:00 am 1 medium tangerine
11:00 am 1/4 lb turkey burger patty, 2 slices bacon, 1 slice american cheese on an oroweat sandwich thin with 1 T light ranch dressing (one B-12 and one calcium citrate)
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:45 pm 3 oz meat balls with marinara sauce, a bit of cheese and some light ranch
2:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
3:15 pm 1 sugar free chocolate chunk cookie from Wal Mart (this was probably a mistake!) (Sublingual B-12 and 1 calcium citrate)
4:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
6:45 pm chicken marinara, with a salad and light zesty italian dressing

well, had I said no to the stupid cookie, I'd have been 21 grams of carbs lower and right on the money...oh well, tomorrow is Wednesday and I usually do really good on Wednesday cuz dhubby takes me out to lunch..I think the stress needed that cookie. I need to banish the stress so the cookies don't call to me.

Today was a good day. i got up early, did some laundry, cleaned out my fridge and went grocery shopping. I also need to dust my house... especially my bedroom because it has hardwood floors.
