stomach pain

I am about a year out and lately I've been having stomach pains that is traveling to my back.  It last about 2 hours.  I thought it was gas, but now I'm not sure.  Could it be something worse????

Do you still have your gallbladder?  Sounds like gallbladder issue to me.  Also, could be an ulcer.  You should check with your doctor.

You could be constipated, sounds like my symptoms when I am. Does it hurt more when you move and a little less after you are in position for a minute?
