Accountability - Monday
Back to the grind stone! Everyone including my daughter (who lives in the next town) is sick so I'm running around delivering Nyquil, vitamins and tea bags! Nurse Dawn isn't my favorite job. LOL.
My eats for Monday:
6:00 am 1 calcium citrate tablet, 1 multi vitamin, 1 biotin, 1 D-3, 1 omega three fish oil, 1 B-12 sublingual
6:00 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with parkay and sugar free syrup
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Wild Strawberry
8:00 am 24 oz Mocha Coffee w/Whey Protein with ice. A lot of sugar but I think I can handle it.
8:45 am 1 medium tangerine (again, no protein but I didn't bring my cheese stick so, I don't have a lot of selection)
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
10:45 am 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1 cup salad greens and 1 oz raspberry hazelnut dressing
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:30 pm 1 serving (more or less) of animal crackers, 1 hard boiled egg
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry Ice Tea
3:20 pm 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit Blueberry Yogurt
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry, 1 B-12 sublingual, 2 calcium citrates
6:30 pm buffalo burger on an oroweat sandwich thin, slice cheese and light ranch dressing, 9 small french fries

Didn't do my wii cuz I got home late and had to fix dinner. Usually I don't have to but with Dexter feeling ill (still!) I cooked dinner.

The only good thing about being sick is getting to take Nyquil! I hope you do not catch it, or were you the one who passed it on to everyone?
0930-scrambled eggs w 2% and bacon with a 100 cal thin
1300-tortilla chips(10) and salsa, grilled chicken and refired beans
1600-2 graham crackers
1900-ww frozen meal and a light string cheese wrapped w shaved deli turkey
something later maybe some popcorn if we have any.
All my water and such. I did a short run with DH but his knee was hurting so we only did 2 miles/ I did an hour of zumba later. I hope every one gets to feeling better! I took DD to pediatrician today she does not have a ear infection but is in pain from allergies so in addition to her daily claritan she is now on Flonase.

I must have been the one to pass it to everyone. I caught it as we were headed north to Washington and had about three days where Nyquill and I were sleeping together (ALOT!) I used to take claritin all the time! But then I discovered allergy shots and I'm MUCH better now. Except this year because of the heavy pollen levels!

I dont' think I could actually be a nurse. I was caretaker for my mom when I was little. She had MS and was confined to the bed or the couch by the time I was 10...not good. I tend to get frustrated when the "patients" don't do what they "should" do...I got up and yelled at hubby for taking nyquil and then smoking a cigarette...I wanted to scream, but I just yelled, cussed and went back to bed in a huff. LOL..Nothing worse than a reformed smoker, I've heard!
