My eats for Sunday:
PreB: 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
1B: 1/2 serving of protein pancake with 1/2 serving of reduced fat peanut butter
24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
2B: 1/2 pastrami quesadilla and salsa
24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
L: 3.3 oz chicken patty with light ranch dressing
10 oz coffee w/ sugar free creamer
D: Banquet Spaghetti sauce and meat balls (6 oz) and 1/2 cup spaghetti noodles
I need two more containers of water, I did manage to take all my vitamins. I cleaned the house and bathrooms, including laundry..kept moving most of the day.

Protein: 107.0
Not bad. The pasta wasn't too bad but a half cup filled me up to uncomfortable..Maybe next time I'll try something else.

Hiya ladies.
I had a really good weekend. On saturday, I stayed home in the bed and did nothing bu****ch tv. Sunday i went to church, came home, cooked dinner and cleaned my house.
Saturday..
B- 1 medium pancake w/ SF syrup, 2 turkey sausage links & 1 scrambled egg
S- Apple
L- big baked chicken breast topped with cheese, salsa and sour cream
S- Beef jerky
D- 1 cup of speghetti & small piece of garlic bread
S- 1/2 cup of NSA strawberry ice cream & 3 strawberries
i have 3 16.9 oz of crystal light, 1 can of diet coke and 8 oz ff milk with breakfast.
Sunday...
B- 2 eggs scrambled with cheese & 1 slice of light wheat toast
S- 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ 1 tbsp of pb on top
L- 1.5 oz RF cheese, serving of turkey pepperoni, FF yogurt
S- NSA ice cream bar
D- Baked chicken thigh, 1/4 cup of brown rice, aspargus
S- Handful of jelly beans, mini bag of 100 calorie popcorn
8 oz OJ, 16 oz crystal light, 16. 9 oz bottle of water, 8 oz crystal light, 8 oz ff milk
You did great! and all tha****er. Plus a whole day of lounging around in bed? I'm SO jealous.
