Accountability - Saturday
Good day but too cold to do the MS Walk for me...and if I'd have forced myself, I'd have gone alone because dh is just too sick to do it with me in this cold wind. Oh well, I collected $110 for the cause. Not enough to get me a T-shirt but next year..Next year.
My eats for Saturday:
B: 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and parkay squeeze on
2B: Denny's grilled egg taco (one egg, 1 sausage, cheese, 1 small tortilla)
L: 2.5 oz salmon, 1 cup lettuce, raspberry dressing
D: 4.75 oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup whipped potatoes with margarine, 1 cup salad greens (including cucumber, tomato and a tad of onions) with raspberry hazelnut dressing
I'm stuffed! I could have a snack later. Could actually use some carbs.

0830-scrambled eggs w cheese and bacon, 100 cal thin w sf jelly
1100-4 donut holes
1300-swedish meatballs, mixed veggies and few bites of smashed potatoes
1500-ff frozen yogurt
1830-low carb tortilla w marinara, canadian bacon, low fat mozarella
snack later; probably sf root beer float maybe some 94% popcorn
all my fluids and such. Missed my Saturday run; had a field trip to the transfer station in Port Orchard for DD environmental club. Shopped and had lunch at Ikea, stopped at the park for awhile to play and now home!

You list looks pretty good! I missed my walk and you missed your run. but with weather not being nice right now, I'm not feeling TOO guilty..maybe alittle. LOL.
