Accountability - Friday
What a difference a good night sleep makes! I got up and did two loads of laundry, all my facebook things and cleaned up alittle..Raring to go! DH was cranky today. Apparently he got a ticket in the mail for not stopping on a toll bridge in Washington to pay the Toll...LOL. I guess Washington will be making $52 from us to help their budget. I know. I know. They appreciate our support. hahahah.
5:15 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with parkay spread and sugar free syrup
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss (well, I sipped it long before I was suppose to but didn't drink it completely until 6 am)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick (and my first vitamins- I'm trying to take them AWAY from the caffeine)
8:30 am 10 oz herb tea, Celestial Seasons Acai Mango
10:00 am 1 medium grapefruit raw
10:30 am 1 oroweat sandwich thin, 4 oz salmon grilled, 1 oz cheddar cheese
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:50 pm 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1/2 serving of Naturally More peanut butter
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange Caffeinated
6:30 pm 1/2 pastrami quesadilla from our favorite Tom's in Rosamond..It's been a long week and we deserved a "date" night..LOL. Our date night is sending the boy to his friends' house, dinner at a fast food place and home to watch "Who Do You Think You Are." oh well, we're old.
