Hmmm. bad sleeping night last night, important meeting in the morning...on little sleep, and I got up LATE! ..Tired; Cranky AND Busy!  

My eats for Thursday:  
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes and 1 serving of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Strawberry Banana
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium pear raw
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated
10:30 am 1 oz beef jerky
12:30 pm 1 oriental chicken salad
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:45 pm 1 salisbury steak, 1/2 cup canned peas (both leftovers from previous dinners)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:45 pm 4 oz grilled salmon, 1 cup raw spinach with tomatoes and raspberry dressing   Calories: 1520
Fat: 69.9
Carbs: 100.8
Protein:: 130.4  
Not bad at all. I'm still doing exercise and this Saturday is the MS Walk in town..I guess I'm back into exercise, slowly!   How did you do?

Oh Dawn, I'm sorry your having a bad day.  I hate waking up late because it throws my entire day off. 

My eating was good.. a few more carbs then usual but i'm happy with it.


B- Ham & Cheese grits
* 8 oz crystal light

S- Banana
* 8 oz ff milk

L- Mini turkey and cheese sub from subway & FF chips
* 16.9 oz bottle of crystal light

S- South beach diet protein cereal bar

S- 2 bites of  bday cake
* 12 oz water

D- 3 oz hamburger, cheese, ff mayo and lettuce on a arnold wheat thin
* Can of diet coke

S- Orange

Yeah...I absolutely can not stand to be late for anything. I'd rather justs not show up than be late..I'm so OCDabout that.

0900-ww breakfast sandwich
1200-0 point progresso soup and low carb wrap w deli turkey and lf cheese and lettuce
1400-ww 2 point bar
1600-sf chocolate covered raisons!
1830-beef kosher dog and sweet potato
2000-sf ff vanilla ice cream w diet rootbeer
No exercise but am going for a run in the morning all my water and vitamins. I hope ou have nice weather for your walk on Saturday!

Yeah. one good night sleep has me up and running like crazy! I'm ready.

Your list is good. For me the little bit of wii work that I'm doing feels like a major accomplishment. I'm hoping that someday I'm power walking and jogging..maybe by summer.

Breakfast - Smoothie w/ calorie countdown choc milk and 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Lunch - Shrimp and side salad w/ low cal dressing

Snack - chocolate greek yogurt (first time I ever had it and great way to have a little chocolate!)

Dinner - Turkey and cheese on lite english muffin, low carb yogurt

Snack - String cheese and an orange

64 oz of water

Calories: 995
Protein: 85

In my mind, the perfect food for us is shrimp and a salad. Love that!
