I had a hard time waking up this morning..Probably NOT due to the yoga last night but I do feel better. The scale shows 126.8 this morning so I did definitely lose 2 pounds while on vacation..time to kick in the muscles and gain it back!  
Eats for today:  
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sugar free syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss
9:40 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1/2 raw pear
10:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Raspberry
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb burger, grilled, wrapped in lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion and thousand island dressing
1:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
3:45 pm 1 medium apple raw
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:45 pm 2 pc salisbury steak, 1 cup spinach, 2 slices tomato, raspberry dressing

FAt: 60.7
Carbs: 102.6
Protein: 82.9   I could use some more protein but where? Thinking a protein shake with decaf? maybe but for now, it's all good.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Great job!  You always seem to eat so well!  I can't wait till I'm in maintenance mode, but that's a LONG way off for me.

My Wednesday..

Breakfast: Smoothie w/ calorie countdown milk and 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Snack - String cheese and an orange

Lunch - Grilled chicken breast, side salad w/ low cal dressing

Dinner - About 1 cup of chili w/ shredded cheese

Snack - String cheese and low carb yogurt

64oz of water

Protein: 81

L-Mini ham and cheese sub from subway & FF yogurt

12 oz Water w/ snack
16.9 oz bottle of crystal light with lunch
