Well, the week is looking up. Dexter's feeling better but sounding a lot worse..I remember that it did that to me too...But he's slower in recovery because he smokes (at least that's what I'm nagging him about).  
My eats for Tuesday:  
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/2 serving protein pancakes with sugar free syrup (multi vit, B-12, biotin, calcium, D-3)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium apple
11:00 am 3 oz grilled chicken thigh, 1 slice american processed cheese, 1 oroweat sandwich thin
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:40 pm 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1/2 serving of Naturally More Peanut butter
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:00 pm 1/4 serving protein pancakes, 1/2 serving of Naturally More Peanut butter
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
4:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Berry Splash
5:45 pm 3.5 oz steak, 1/2 small baked potato, 1 cup spinach (raw), 1/2 small tomato, 1 serving of raspberry dressing

I'm happy with today! My totals:
Calories: 1505
Fat: 72.4
Carbs: 116.9
Protein: 119.0

And I even did yoga on the Wii for 20 minutes! Just 20 minutes. I didn't get sweaty or out of breath either...It had been 362 days since the trainer saw me and let me know...(forgot my name. LOL)

How did you do? Don't complain about not doing something..at least do it for a little while. Seriously! Even a few minutes will make you feel like you did something...

It was just another hot day in Charleston, SC. Nothing exciting to report.
I went to walmart this morning for curtains then came back home and cleaned my house before work.

My good eats..

B:  2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese, 2 turkey sausage links & 1/2 a toasted english muffin

S: Pure protein bar

S: mini crunch bar

L: 1 Cup of whole wheat pasta alfredo w/  turkey sausage, broccoli and shrimp

S: Orange

D: Baked chicken breast & Steamed cabbage

S:  NSA chocolate pudding cup

My liquids..
8 oz OJ with breakfast
16.9 oz bottle of water on way to work
8 oz FF milk with my protein bar
16.9 oz crystal light with lunch
Can of diet mtn dew with dinner

I haven't been on this thread for almost a week!  I've been eating well, but was just so busy with Easter and stuff for my kids, that I can't find enough time in the day to do everything.  I have been logging everything at fitday every day though.

Ok, so my Tuesday....

Breakfast: Smoothie made with calorie countdown choc. milk and 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Lunch: 3 egg whites with reduced fat shredded cheese omelet

Snack - String cheese

Dinner - Turkey and cheese on lite english muffin, low carb yogurt

snack: calorie countdown milk

64 oz of water

Calories: 805
Protein: 74

Wow...low calories and low protein..When I have really busy days I don't eat either but wow..that's LOW..

I know...I was too low Tuesday.  Way too low on calories and man, was I dragging by the end of the night.  Wednesday was better, which I'm about to post!
