WOW moment on the McFrappe

The local McDonalds recently had McFrappe samples.  They tasted good and so I surmized that they were red-lining the unhealthy meter.

I finally had a chance to check.  Two key takeaways:

1)  The small (12oz) has 450 calories
2)  They do not contain coffee, only a coffee like substance

WOW! That is insane! Thanks for sharing.. i will make sure that i stay away from them. I will stick with the vanilla sugar free iced coffee that they make

WOW! I had one of those MCFRAPPES and half way through I got the cramps and craps so bad... apparently it was not bad enough because I went back for more another time, and then, and only then did I remember..... so... lets say.... I will never forget and get another one....

The iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup is a yummy substitute.  The Frappe scares me. 

Gotta try that vanilla!!  I've been looking for something like this.  The comercials and pics look sooo tempting.
