Accountability - Monday
Not doing too bad today. The carb monster got me later in the afternoon. but at least I didn't forget to eat and I did have my vitamins this morning. I had the other half of them in the evening. The ham last night was really salty so my scale was showing about 2 extra pounds of water weight..It will probably be gone by tomorrow morning, I'm sure. It sure is good to be home!
4:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of protein pancakes with 1 serving of Naturally More Peanut Butter
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch
8:20 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium pear raw
9:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
10:15 am 3 oz tilapia fillet, 1 oroweat sandwich thin, 1/2 T tartar sauce
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit
12:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 1 salisbury steak patty
2:15 pm 15 animal crackers with Naturally More peanut butter (about a half serving)
2:45 pm 12 oz Lemonade mixed with some sort of juice, cranberry?
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:00 pm 1 sugar free peep (1/3 serving)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana(w/protein and fiber)
6:15 pm 4 oz chicken thigh, grilled, 1/2 small red potato, 1/2 cup cooked spinach (from fresh)

Calories are good, protein is good. fat is really good...carbs? Not so much. Oh well. There's always tomorrow...Everyone here is sick but me so wish me luck with all the coughing and wheezing..

Besides it being too dang hot, today was good. Work was busy but that's a good thing because the night went by fast. My eating was good except that handful of jelly beans that i ate.
B: Special K w/ blueberries cereal & 6 oz FF milk
S: South Beach diet protein cereal bar
L: Smart Ones frozen dinner
S: FF Yogurt
S: Handful of jelly beans. I love jelly beans and someone brought 3 bags to work.. EVIL!
D: 1 Cup of whole wheat pasta alfredo w/ turkey sausage, shrimp and broccoli in it
