TGIF Accountability
I spent my morning cleaning my apartment then took a lil nap before coming to work at 3.
My eating started out normal but as the day went on, i snacked too much. I think i snacked my way through these slow 8 hours of work.
B: 2 egg cheese omelette & 2 turkey sausage links
S: Banana
S: baby carrots dipped in light ranch
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
S: Tangerine
S: Handful of gold fish, 4 almonds
S: 2 hersey kisses & 1 strawberry
D: 1/2 a big baked chicken breast, 1/4 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup steamed cabbage
S: Light Yogurt

0930-16 0z water
1000-1/2 potato scrambled w eggs and lf cheese
1230-movie popcorn and 5 red vines, 16 oz diet coke
1300- 12 oz water while waiting for chicken tortilla soup without the tortilla strips but did have 10 tortilla chips and salasa
1500-16 oz water
1900-1/3 c wheat spaghetti 1/2 c steamed brocoli 2 turkey meatballs w marinara sauce
Later will probably be 1/2 c sf ff vanilla w diet rootbeer-YUM
Ran for 30 minutes inside the Y; it was pouring and the wind was blowing! Hope every one has a great weekend. I am running in the morning, then we are going to the Farmers Market; tomorrow is opening day. I have to go to work to do a few evaluations and then to visit a nurse *****tired due to cancer and she is in a hospice facility. She asked me to come so I will but am dreading it. She is in her 50's and just too young to go.

I'm not sure if it was the stress of traveling, the stress of the step children and their "drama" or what but I did horrible my whole vacation..I didn't eat enough. I weighed myself this morning (saturday) and I'm three pounds down from my goal weight of 130...two pounds down from my actual weight of 129...
I haven't eaten right yet today either but here's how yesterday was:
B: 2 egg scramble at iHop with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes (and swiss cheese)..I did good on that.
L: meh, a 1/4 serving of protein pancakes while I drove. I think I had three containers of water on the drive home.
D: 2 salisbury steaks with gravy and mashed potatoes and italian green beans...this was good too..
Dessert? more water.
No clue at all what my numbers were. I'm going back on the wagon Saturday and planning the meals and snacks better.
