I did much better today..

10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

B: 3/4 of a beef burger on an oroweat sandwich thin.

Snack: 1/4 serving protein pancakes

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, non caffeinated

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, non caffeinated

Snack: 1 hardboiled egg and a couple sugar free chocolate covered caramels

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, caffeinated

Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, non-caffeinated

Snack: 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (made with my new french press-a souvenir from Washington..)

Dinner: 4 oz tilapia fillet, 1 cup raw spinach, 3 tomato slices, 1 T light Ranch dressing, 1/2 small boiled potato, 1/2 cup canned green beans

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1083
Fat: 57.0
Carbs: 76.3
Protein: 76.9

Not bad at all...for a first day back from vacation..Of course, I still forgot the vitamins. Tomorrow...maybe tomorrow I'll do better.

weird eating day for me. I bet it is nice to be home.
1030-scrambled eggs, sausage and a bit of fried potatoes
1230-1/2 frosted cookie at the farmers market
1500-1/4 c wheat spaghetti, 3 turkey meatballs, marinara and a sprinkle of parmesonoh and steamed brocoli!
1800 16 oz tea then a brownie while visiting friend at hospice
1930-20 0z tea then a1/2 bagel w cream cheese at Starbucks
2030-marinated kobe skirt steak and steamed brocoli
2200-100 calorie swiss roll
DId some grocery shopping after the farmers market, then visited a friend in hospice, did some Easter Bunny shopping then home to dye Easter Eggs. I worked from home for a few hours they had an ill call. Nowonder I am tired; busy day! Not enough water but got vitamins and such. I did not run this morning it was so sold that there were snowflakes at 0730. I wussed out; hanging head in shame! DH and I are running in the morning together; unless I see more snow!

I had a good weekend and Easter. We went out to dinner this year instead of cooking. It was nice.

Saturday..  Carbs! 

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 2 strips of bacon, 1/4 cup of hash browns w/ a lil ketchup
S: Apple
L: 1 cup of  hamburger helper
D: 1 cup of hamburger helper
S: 100 calorie pack of cookies

Sunday..

B: 2 easter  eggs
L:  1/2 a rack of pork bbq ribs, 1/2 a side salad, 1/2 a baked potato
S: 1 easter egg,  handful of jelly beans
D: 1/2 a rack of pork bbq ribs, 1/2 a side salad, 1/2 a baked potato
S: 2 light beers
S: chocolate peanut butter egg

Usually for Easter we cook a ham and then use the bone to make Ham Hocks and Beans. Well, we still had the hock left from Christmas so I made the ham hocks and beans instead of the ham. I might have my dh make the ham later this week...when he's feeling better. he's still sick from the trip...

You did good..still, all in all, it's a holiday so we can all slide some. I would have eaten more and not lost the weight but I didn't...too much going on while we were gone!
