Thursday Accountability

Hiya ladies! 
Work has been super slow and I'm just sitting here playing on the net so I thought I'd come do the accountability post. I hope everyone is having a good eating day. If not, don't stress it.. tomorrow is another day. So come share.. the good, the bad and the ugly! 

My good eats...

B:  Jimmy dean light breakfast bowl
* 8 oz FF milk

S: Pure protein bar
* 20 oz Crystal light

L: Mini ham and cheese sub from subway & lays ff chips
* Capri sun water pouch

S: Orange
* 12 oz water

S # 2: Banana

D: Lettuce w/ ham, cheese, cucumbers and light ranch
* Can of diet coke

S: Light Yogurt & 3 strawberries

i always do better at work than at home...was off work today but still managed to get 84.5oz of water in today! yay me!

here is how i did today ...mind you..i have been "back on track" since Monday.

7am- Coffee w/ Splenda, small amt of Half&Half

930am- 1/2 cup Oatmeal with 1/2 sm box of raisins and a small banana

12pm- Peanut Paradise Tropical Smoothie, made w/Splenda and Whey Protein, with an xtra shot of Whey and a shot of B vitamin Supplement

2pm- 1/2 cup salad w/ 1/2 tsp ff ranch, hard boiled egg, 5 pickled beets and 2oz of beef strips, 4 green seedless grapes    (i couldnt finish the beef)

530pm- 3 inch Turkey Breast and Provolone Cheese sub  on Wheat with 1/2 tsp ff mayo, lettuce and tomato

630pm- 10 goldfish

8pm- 4 oz sf jello, 6oz hot green tea w/lemon

Congrats for getting back on track. you did good. I wish i could only eat 10 goldfish. I love them crackers!

I am so glad the day is over! I am taking a vacation day tomorrow. My daughter and I are going to have a girls day out!
0900-16 oz hot tea
0930-cottage cheese and nsa fruit cup
1030-16 oz propel
1100-Kashi chewy granola bar and string cheese
1230-chicken skewer and 1/2 small pita
1400-16 oz water
1430-skewer chicken and 1/2 small pita small apple
1600 sf ff pudding cup
1815-1/2 potato w scrambled eggs and deli ham
Plan for later is diet rootbeer over 1/2 cup sf ff vanilla ice cream or 94% ff kettle corn
all my vitamins and such but no exercise. I am going for a run in the morning and Saturday

Still on vacation here...but I'm afraid to go home and step on the scale. Poor eating the last two days and I know it for SURE...not eating enough and not eating enough of the right things either..AND I've just realized I've skipped nearly the whole week in vitamins. I have done "okay" on my water though...little consolation!

Thursday:

Breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and a biscuit and gravy

Snack of a hard boiled egg.

Lunch/Dinner: a small philly cheese steak sandwich

Dessert? nada.

I drank all five containers of water today. Bet I didn't get but 1100 calories!

I'm imagining things too! I imagine my jeans are really loose. We'll see this evening when I'm home and will weigh myself..I'm probably just crazy and GAINED weight..LOL.
